Nyah is an asset to your company. Travis was always my guy but since his unfortunate departure I will deal with Nyah from now on. I just wish I would have received a video of my car being gone thru like I did when I had Travis. Nyah is great though.

Good job with installing the wheel bearing. There were no choices about fixing the problem with the check engine light related to the catalytic converter. The recommendation was to replace the converter rather than replace the upstream and perhaps the downstream sensor. Your advisor Damian Griswold was very professional.
