Mason was great to deal with! This was my first visit to this dealership for service and I appreciated Mason. He took time to explain all findings and walk me through the must do’s vs what could wait as I didn’t expect issues on my car. Thankful he was able to get two big repairs covered under warranty. I’ll bring all my vehicles there now and will work with Mason!

The problem wasn’t repeatable and so was unfixed.
However, you all had the car for 24 hours and did not have it fixed and did not call me to tell me it was not fixed or delay my coming out and so I sat in your showroom for an extended period of time while you finally got around to looking at it. If you hadn’t been able to get around to looking at it, then you should’ve called me and told me to not come out until you had found the problem or given up on it. I really didn’t need to sit in your showroom for an extended period of time again.
Alex, our service advisor was excellent but we are not advised of the long wait time since we had an appointment set at 9:45. We showed up 15 minutes early for the appointment and we didn’t leave the dealership until almost 1:15. it took four hours to get an oil change and engine, air filter and a cabin air filter put in our Highlander. Alex was very apologetic and very informative. He did a great job otherwise.
Daniel was ok. Four hours to change oil and rotate tires was totally unreasonable. I was at my appointment fifteen minutes early. I waited four hours for my car to be done. Also the price came higher than expected. I booked an afternoon appointment believing it wiukd be less expensive. I am ar keast a 15 year customers of yours. I had to point out to Danny that he was charging me the higher rate instead of 69.95. Then he adjusted the bill. I won't wait four hours again for such routine service. Thomas

Service and all was fine, but its very surprising & unfortunate that a complimentary car wash is not included on a brand new $60,000 truck purchased at WC Toyota. I’m just used to a different experience with my last 3 car brands (including Lexus) that do include a car wash & vacuum.
