When the valet pulls up your vehicle he should be trained to not be dismissive when he opens up the driver side door and hits the concrete pillar with it scratching the paint. Check the vehicle and don’t be dismissive by just saying “I said sorry what else do you want.” What bothers me more then the damage to the door is the lack of training in basic communication and understanding of the customer experience. Disappointing but not too uncommon these days.
