There is a rattle in both front speakers that I being told is normal and is not true. I have a friend of a neighbor who has the same truck different color and his speaker does not rattle

Could have communicated better and he did not answer the phone when I called twice. When I called, I left messages with my phone number and he still did not return my calls but the work done on my car was excellent as usual.done

Yesterday went horrible! Daniel was unreachable for a while has 2 people tracking him down to give me a call back. Lisa shouldn’t be in customer service very rude dust even try to help or fix anything. I will be getting rid of my Toyota now and going to Lexus or Mercedes. I will never own a Toyota again or ever bring the car back here while I have it ever again. Biggest mistake ever was buying a car from Wesley chapel Toyota. They don’t care about you as a customer you are a a number to them which was clear whe they charged me almost $200 to change air filters that are $20 on their own website. Greeedy! I asked if it would ruin my warranty if I did it myself they said yes which was a lie to get me to spend the $200 this place is a fraud
