I am very satisfied with the service provided by Nyah. She was able to solve a problem I had for six months. On two different occasions, I asked Toyota to fix my hood because I couldn’t open it, but no one was able to resolve the issue. Finally, after inspecting my car, I now have an appointment scheduled with your team next week to get it repaired.

Service was great! Very fast. Nicole was great.
Nicole was great. But on a previous service the tech told me I needed to get the coollant system flushed, but i had just had that done the time before. So i got and paid for a service I did not need. A service manager called me and said they would reimburse me but they never did. He said he would send a check but i never received. I have called to follow up and i asked Nicole about it, but it is not resolved. This most recent service i did not agree to any extra services because i did not have time to double check that they had not been previoulsy done.
Not a fan of your pricing. For instance I was asked about replacing the cabin air filter. I declined because Toyota wants $96 to replace a $25 part that takes approx. 5 minutes to replace. I bought 1 myself and put it in. If your pricing wasn't so high I would be willing to let Toyota do everything I need done.

I took my truck for a complementary service and that was taken care of however, there was a recall on my screen and they said that it would take a little bit to update the software. I get my truck back and I have a totally different screen and total different air vents. I would like to speak to someone as soon as possible to get this situation fixed because I want my truck the way I took it and how I paid for it.
