I was charged 67.25 for a complimentary 5.000 service ( tire rotation only).I tried calling my service manager 3 times with no success. A perfect way to start the new year.

The service was not completed I had an 11:00 appointment and at 2:00 I was informed my car had not made it to the back and not sure if or when it would be done. Wesley Chapel Toyota wasted 3 hours of my time/day. My car was there for a recall, my 2nd appointment and it’s still not completed.

I was scheduled for rear brake pad replacements. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told that they were on a “national back order”. Why would you have a customer come when you do not have the supplies needed? I replaced my serpentine belt due to a squealing noise. It turns out that the belt was an after market product. I’m at 81,000 miles; meaning, the belt did not need to be replaced yet (it was belt number two). I spent nearly $400 on a part that was fine and the car is still squealing. I most likely will stick to my mobile mechanic and the Lexus dealership as needed outside of oil changes with you guys.
