Damian is a great service advisor. He acknowledges the issues I was having and going thorough of what would be needed in my service. This is my 2nd time going to him. I was never disappointed at all. He made sure everything was great before leaving due to me traveling soon. You all have the best people that you have in this department and I want to thank Damian for being one of them. He is very successful at his job and knows how to make a guest happy and solves quick problem solving

Though Larry was nice and outgoing, he did not look at our car warranty. As a result, we almost were charged 3000$ for rims that we had covered. In order to get our service done, we had to speak to the general manager at the time.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I was told the visit would be for a recall service and tire rotation, which was fine with me. However, after leaving I noticed I'm still getting the warning message that service will is due soon. After looking at the oil maintenance sticker from my last visit it shows I have an oil change due in 16 miles. I hope thats not the case. I dont have time to come for an additional service when I was just there and told it wasn't needed. I would appreciate if someone gave me a call to discuss this issue.

Wesley Chapel Toyota (RKindle) was introduced to an issue which I do not think he had ever seen before. But he did not stop until the issue was resolved. He offered option after option to me until finally via the thoughts and efforts of many it was resolved.
