I had an unfortunate tire blowout on Friday evening …the 1st ever in my life, and AAA could not get the lug off my tire to put on the spare. My car was towed to Wesley Chapel Toyota and my service advisor Rock Davis was notified. Rick followed up with me at 8 am Saturday morning regarding a new set of tires. I approved the purchase and was able to pick up my car by 1:00 pm on Saturday. Thank you Rick for the great service!
