Came in for battery replacement. They suggested all this other maintenance. I get all maintenance done at your dealer they were recommending things that I have had done recently air conditioning refresh done in Oct 25 and lifetime wheel alignment which I already have thru your dealership. Your computer has all this info why not use it? The best advisor was Travis Bell he would look at recommended maintenance compare with what was needed and had been done.

Don was great, he had me in and out in less than an hour even though I got stuck in traffic from an accident on 175 I was late but he still had me out in under an hour. I look forward to working with him again in the future. Mike

Josh was very nice, didn’t try to push anything on me. He just told me what I should think about maintenance wise in the future. Also, I am usually bothered that I make an appointment and and the job takes 3-3.5 hours anyway. This time, I was out of there in 1.75 hours. I was pleased with that.

A long wait was had . I know I could have chosen to be driven home. I have been with this company since I bought the car in 2018 and the service was as good any only took 1 hour unless major work was needed even then it wasn’t 3 hours.
