Mason Vozenilek was polite and patient with my questions. He explained everything I needed to know in a way I could understand. My mechanic, Paul Moore, was very kind and helpful, explaining what I needed done and telling me about how my car works. My experience with both of them were top notch. I’m satisfied with the service and employees customer service but I’m not satisfied with the immense amount of time I waited for my truck. I just needed an oil change, tires rotation and safety inspection. I waited “Four Hours “ with my wife for my vehicle to be done despite we had an appointment at eleven o’clock. I usually don’t complain much but, this is outrageous. This is the second consecutive time we waited this long for my car. I don’t think we will return to your dealership for another service or anything else. Thanks Andres R Cortes

I am disappointed with how my service experience was handled, not with the service advisor personally, but with the overall process and outcome. My vehicle was marked ready for pickup, yet it was not operational when I arrived. I had already paid for services before confirming the car was functional. This experience resulted in unnecessary inconvenience and potential added expenses.. I hope the dealership improves transparency and vehicle readiness verification before release. I will not be returning here again.
