I got a text about my car needing an alignment & cabin filter from Richard. I called him and left a message and did not get a return call. I called a second time the main number and left a second message for him and did not get a call back. I called Richard‘s extension, a third time and left a message and did not get a call back. I finally received a text message from him, called him back and there was no answer so I went and picked up my car and only got the oil change and left. I told the girl I wasn’t very happy and she did not seem to care either. I work in hospitality and if I was to provide poor service like Richard provided there are consequences. I will not be returning to this dealership for service again.

After returning from the dealership, my car is still displaying the “Maintenance Required” warning, the dashboard service sticker was not updated, and the front tire still shows low pressure.

Don was a breath of fresh air. He listened to me and my minor complaints on my vehicle. His attitude is willingness to be honest and up front about how to service my truck was great. Don is a great example of your dealership. Toyota of Wesley chapel is night and day difference between Wesley Chapel Chevy. I actually feel heard and was given proper service. I will be returning for future service

I paid +$2,600 for repairs and I was told I need to replace the radiator and I got the radiator hose loose and car overheated Lexus Rx 350 white
