Originally scheduled appointment via app and requested loaner car. Only to arrive and get told that no loaners were available. Got the option to come back another day for a loaner. While this was what I really needed and would have declined any other options, no other options were given, e.g. courtesy shuttle. Second, upon arriving the second time to drop off car for service, sales folks were in the service department bragging about sales and how cut throat it is while I waited for an advisor. Not very professional. When I finally saw service advisor I was brought to waiting room to wait on loaner. Took about 10 minutes before I finally got to clerk who had no real customer service/ empathy. Immediately proceed to say $150 deposit, need your drivers license, need insurance, no smoking in the car, etc. no real greeting or nothing. Lastly, when car was in service I advised my advisor I wanted just the warranty repair. I was then pressed for additional services, with the tech alluding that it could impact warranty, (a 2024 with low miles) telling me to think about it and I don’t have to make decision right now, take a day to think about it, and they have payment plans, etc. I had to decline multiple times. My fiancé was in the hospital and my advisor was very empathic about that though, which I appreciate, but the service experience as a whole at this dealership, compared to Toyota of Tampa Bay, as an example, was not outstanding. I would rank this a 2.5 to 3 out of 5 experience.

I had to come twice today the first time my tire got plat in the morning so I put air in it fronted hair to get there **** text they couldn't find it so when I left the tire lost her again I had to come back I don't blame them it was a pinhole on the side very slowly but they rectified it and we're all human I'm not blaming them it is being rectified I'm happy with the company

In the recommendations they gave me for the car, they tell me that they recommend alignment, I was reviewing the last maintenance and there I paid the value of the alignment and balancing of the car for a year, I don't understand why in this maintenance they didn't do the alignment if it was necessary and also that it was already paid. Thank you for contacting me to schedule the lineup.
