To be honest, I am often hesitant to have my Toyota vehicles serviced at a dealership because it seems service dept always seems to find "necessary" repairs. Today I went in for oil change and ended up paying nearly $1,000. I may start going to Jiffy Lube. Sylvester C

Beside having a very unfriendly representative he also didn’t seem to care for my concerns . The system is broken I told him I needed an oil change and only that he said it didn’t matter the only way to communicate is the text message . I told him my tires had just been rotated and balanced last week he said ok ok I just need to get the miles . None of the coupons Toyota sends on a weekly basis work nor did he care. Then I get the video that says what is wrong with the care which tells me they didn’t look at the car at all yes the filters needed to be changed which I said I do after every oil change . They just follow a list of recommended services without actually looking at the car because they would have noticed that the brake fluid had already been changed, the coolant had been changed spark plugs were recently changed . The belt had absolutely no cracks but also on the list so either they think you customers ate stupid or they are just really careless in their work . Why would I trust any recomendation from a service guy who basically said the computer knows best we don’t need to look at your car it’s irrelevant.

Josh is not the problem. Josh did a great job. It’s your car runners and reception so unprofessional. 1. Person 1 filling up wiper fluid had to be told to wipe excess spillage. Person gave me an attitude. 2. Person 2 touching and checking windshield for “pits” was also leaving oily fingerprints. I addressed the problem and repeated it back to me and did not bother to wipe prints off. 3. Person 3 too busy on phone and unaware of activities decided to attempt to open my hood not realizing that the wiper fluid refill had been completed. I’ve been with Toyota as long as Rick Davis when he was a parts department personnel and since then, it’s not the same. I will return for my twice yearly alignment and one more tire rotation. That’s about it.
