Mason went above and beyond. We are new to the area so it’s our first time at this location. Our previous experiences in other dealerships have not been the best ones but, the way Mason handled our situation was amazing: from treating us with respect and kindness to his professionalism when handling and delivering news and information to a customer. Will be definitely stopping by for future maintenance on both our cars after this.

For at least the past fourteen years, I have requested Rick to be the Service Technician when my car needed to be serviced. He is personable, knowledgeable,and communicates well with the client. He explains what repairs are needed and why and approximately how long the service will take. His courtesy is appreciated.Rick enjoys working with and helping people and it shows. Wesley Chapel Toyota is fortunate to have such a valuable employee as Rick Davis.

Three hours to wait for an oil change is too long. You overbook and make me wait and waste my time just so you can rake in the money. You don't value my time at all. Each time I come in for an oil change I don't need you to check everything else out and then trying to scare me into doing more services. It's getting pretty bad. You all are starting to look desperate!
