Third visit for same problem and still not fixed

Rick is fantastic. He always goes above and beyond for us. Anything we need he will do his best to accommodate. He always takes great care of “Stormie“ and make sure she’s up to par. I was very thankful when I saw that Rick was assigned to us for this visit. It meant a lot to us to have him work with us on our vehicle again. Rick is an excellent communicator and always reaches out first before authorizing any repairs and make great suggestions.
I was told a fuel induction & injection service had not been done & was over due. When I got home and looked at my paperwork from pervious services, I found that the injection service had in fact been performed approximately one year ago, which was a little less than 10k miles ago. That service was performed at the Clearwater Toyota. I always take the car to Toyota for service because I trust that you guys track what service is required. If that is not the case when the work is performed at a different location, I need to know that. I don’t want to blame the service manager if this is an issue with how Toyota tracks service, but the bottom line is that I paid for an unnecessary service.
My vehicle was serviced within the time promised and rhe tech was pleasent.
Damian did a great job, as usual, he informed me from the start what to expect and had me in and out in less than an hour. Your entire staff does a great job. I have 28 years dealership experience with 17 years in a Toyota store I can honestly say that you have the customer process down pat. Each visit has been consistent which is a tough feat. Keep up the great work.
It took Daniel almost 15 minutes to "greet" me and go over what my car needed. I don't why it took so long, but it seemed a bit excessive to me.

Everyone was kind; however, subpar communication. I expressed my concerns for having a rental that could fit 3 baby seats as my sienna is my primary vehicle; thus, an appointment was made, but it was not communicated to me that a rental was available when I dropped off the vehicle and no accommodation. There was some possibly that a rental would come in a few days but that did not happen as my vehicle was completed thankfully. I had to make arrangements with my family to accommodate for transporting my kids. The day it was completed, I did not know my advisor was off nor who would communicate with me; I messaged the text and called 3 times till I got someone to help from a bit before noon to 4p. When I arrive to ask for my vehicle I wasn’t greeted by an advisor, I had to ask around to find out who was handling my vehicle with 2 of my children running around. When I got my vehicle there were foot prints on my mats the van did not seem like it got a wash; I’m not sure if that is a service, but my van going in did not have any foot prints inside. I’m happy I got my vehicle back and fixed but it wasn’t the experience I was expecting.
Always very professional. Rich Kindle is patient and kind. Very knowledgeable. Excellent service advisor.
Mr. Davis was fine, but I waited several hours for the Tundra to be diagnosed and fixed. Then, drove down the road only to come back because the engine lifht came back on. Waited another couple of hours and was told the texhician didn’t reset the computer. That is a lot of time waiting for something that should have been done the first time.
It took longer than I expected having had a 10 o'clock appt. But he told me it would take a long time. He did a great job.

The service department is absolutely horrible. I plan on buying a new toyota soon, but will probably purchase from a different dealership. My last service appointment, they didn't put the gauge back on correctly on my tire and it lost air. This service appointment.The lady assisting me was very rude.I had to hunt down someone else to get my car to me. Then, she rudely told me that I had to pay for them to check why the coolant was low in my vehicle and wanted me to sign that I was leaving with no coolant?? I had to get a manager involved to get them to put coolant in my vehicle. I then went back and checked my service videos going back as far as over a year and could see in the videos that if there has not been coolant in my vehicle. In over a year. Which I assumed was something your service department was checking and filling. Absolutely awful
Mr. Davis was very professional and showed real concern about my challenge. He is a great asset to the organization.
