Nyah was both professional and efficient. I enjoyed my experience today.

Brought my vehicle in for oil change. Accepted a brake fluid change service even though there was no need. Received text with video of inspection recommending several services, including wheel alignment and fuel injector cleaning. I had paid for both of these services in my previous visit, buying the lifetime alignment plan. I asked Richard why this was recommended and he stated that the technician made the referral but did not check to see if actually needed it. After over 3 hours of waiting on my vehicle, I was told I needed a new battery but it wouldn’t take much longer. After more than 4 hours, and a second request by my for updates, I finally got the vehicle back. Richard remarked that he did not blame me for being upset. He was very professional and courteous. The communication and time for this service visit was very poor. I purchased my car from another dealer new and expected better service from WC Toyota. Not sure if I will return

You shouldn't have to wait 3 hours for a nor change. When you make an appointment Very disappointing

I always feel confident and secure when I leave there knowing the mechanics will find any issues I may not catch.

Josh had great customer service and communicated how the process would go and was able to provide a loaner for half the day, to allow me to get work done. Warranty Tire came in sooner than expected, which was extremely helpful.
