Mason provides excellent customer service every time I visit the service department.
Mason was very rude when I brought in my vehicle as I had a nail in my tire. He basically said stop driving over nails and laughed. After he checked me in a proceeded to go to the rental car girl. He asked if she need a moment and she said no but whenI approached the desk she told me to go sit. I have been a customer to this dealership through sales and service since 2007 and this left a sour taste in my mouth. I’ll probably go to Toyota of Tampa Bay for my future needs.
