Joseph was polite, knowledgeable and professional. AND he even gave me some of his lunch from Publix. He represents Wesley Chapel Toyota very well. Since I had to wait I would say your lounge is fine but y’all do have 20 minute chairs and unfortunately my wait was much longer no fault of Joseph. Maybe more comfortable chairs would be nice. A sincere thank you to Joseph for his kind and professional demeanor.
