I sat in my car in line for 20 minutes before I was able to get out. Then I had to wait 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. This seems absurd to me. I don’t even want to buy another Toyota because the service is excruciatingly long. Everytime I have to give up half my day for an oil change. Then I had to be sold on why I needed a new windshield. Although the man was super pleasant and was correct I had a tiny crack I didn’t want to listen to a sales pitch when I hadn’t even been greeted by service yet. Last time I went the guy told me I needed a new belt and when I asked service about it he said my car doesn’t even have a belt. I’m so disappointed , I loathe thinking about needing to come back.

I was told at the onset of my appointment that I should be there for about two hours, and that I would receive a text with the recommendations that the mechanic had for my car to review. After being there for three hours, I still had not heard anything - no communication. I went looking for Joe and he must have been on break, so someone else helped me. I was at the dealership for about 3 1/2 hours, and then there was further confusion about payment. I have Toyota extended care, which had not been notated on my account. The whole experience was a bit frustrating, as I missed my doctor’s appointment due to the extended time and not knowing.
