It took 3 hrs for oil change, tire rotation and alignment . Too long in my opinion.

so I understand I didn’t have an appointment for my tire to be repaired or replaced. I anticipated would be about two or three hours but I wind up being there for five hours total so half my day. That is the only thing I really have to complain about or a little frustrated about I know that Service and repairs take time you know realistically but I feel like five hours was way too long and the service advisor really wasn’t giving me an update I kept having to ask him or go up to him which was another thing that was kind of upsetting cause communication is key and anything.
The service dept at Wesley Chapel Toyota is by far the best service we have encountered.
