My service advisor was excellent! The mechanics did not check the air in my tires when they rotated them. They were still uneven and close to 30 psi when I picked up my vehicle.

My car was checked in at 11:49am. My appointment was at 12pm. However, my vehicle was not worked on until around 3pm. I did leave and come back, but that is not an excuse for my vehicle to be sitting for over 4 hours when I had an appointment. I only came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I left and came back at 3pm. I still had to wait for over an hour to get my vehicle. It should not have taken over 5 hours for this service.
