I thought trying to sell me 300.00+ of services on a car with 15K was ridiculous and frankly insulting. One of the services recommended was the cabin air filter, which was replaced at 10K. When I pointed that out, I was told that the record of that “couldn’t be found”. I had to open my bank app and look up the date of service for him. The other services recommended were windshield wiper replacement and an “air conditioning refresh”. At 15K???!! Please!!!!!! I am considering switching to another dealer for service.

I have worked with Rick for years. I respect him, value his advice, trust his expertise, appreciate his knowledge and detailed explanations as to what should be done and when. I waited 2 hours for a tire rotation , unbelievable, and you took care of my car after I went to ask when you were going to finish after 1 hour and 40 minutes had passed, the worst dealer ever, this is not the first time that I spend over 2 hours for a simple car maintenance.

My car still makes the vibration driving pass 45 and fel it under car and through gas pedal and was told it's normal when I had other Toyota corolla and it doesn't do it ...

We just moved here. When I had trouble with my Camry I was a little concerned taking it to a new place but from beginning to end the process with my agent was amazing ! She called and text with updates and never tried to make me spend money that didn’t need to be spent. ! 10/10 for this Toyota center !!!! And my car is back to new !
