A product that you sold me and covered on the warranty(LoJack) was not handled to my satisfaction. I have to do all of your leg work to get it corrected. If it does not work out I will demand a refund.

Arrived at 630 am and a gentleman helped me get in early.
Brought car in for oil change and tire rotation at 7:20. Said it would be around 90 mins. Two and a half hours later I went to find the guy I was assigned. Asked a lady paged the guy and said he had a customer at his desk, which was where I was standing. My paperwork was the ONLY thing there and it said my car was finished at 8:20! After a few minutes another guy paged him and said he had a customer at his desk. Few minutes later Don comes in (smelling like a fresh cig), and I ask him why I wasn’t told when my car was finished? He indignantly replied that I was sent a text! I pulled out my pone and showed him that was not true. He had my wrong phone number when I pulled in, and I had given him the correct one. He apologized and blamed in on the new system…..my question is: My service papers were on his desk for 90 mins and he couldn’t walk to the TV area like the other service people? Hard to do when he is hanging out back smoking a cig.
I can excuse mixing up phone numbers with my daughter’s as we both have a white Carolina from you guys (even though we caught and corrected that at the beginning). But for the guy to have that on his desk THAT LONG, without walking a few steps to the customer TV waiting area is not good customer service.
To end on a positive, I like the new coffee machine and the FOX 13 local news in the waiting area. Thanks for making the wait comfortable!
