We arrived at 9:22am for a tire rotation and finally at 11:00am I went to Joe the service advisor to ask how much more we had to wait. He said I was just about to call u…. Way too long for a mere tire rotation and check fluid levels

My Es330 check engine light VSC, and traction control light are all on an hr after leaving your Service Department. None of those things occurred prior to my visit. It’s a huge inconvenience because the car is in Newport Ritchey and to take off during the week isn’t easy. A day of work will be lost and I cant afford to take days off but cannot wait until next weekend butwhat choice is there at this point?
Came in for simple oil change left with the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. Huge inconvenience.

We were extremely unhappy to go through this experience with you dealership. The grand Highlander we have is brand new, only a few weeks old with, and 700 miles when we found ourselves at your location for work to be done. As you can imagine, we came in very frustrated and there was nothing anyone could have said or done to make us feel better. The vehicle being unusable should not happen with it being brand new and especially not a Toyota. This was supposed to be worked as an “emergency” case which sounded like it was till we got the report for the work completed. Our printed document shows the tech put in 1.6 hours worth of work. If such little work was done why were 2 days necessary? Our brand new vehicle got to sit outside and collect dirt and tree sap for 2 days. When asked if the grand Highlander could be washed or cleaned upon pick up we were told only if we pay for it. A brand new vehicle went in clean and then came out dirty as can be. So now another inconvenience comes into play having to get the vehicle washed because it wasn't taken care of by the dealership. With the opportunity to make it right laughed in our face and said it was our problem. Unacceptable. Our advisor was okay. Felt like we had to reach out for any kind of update. To be fair there was nothing she could have done that would have made the situation better, but there was a server lack of empathy. I was clearly very frustrated and at every turn it felt like it was my problem and I shouldn't be complaining.
I like the automated system where additional services are provided by the text message link. Iit provides a nonpressured way of making a decision rather than it sounding like a desperate sales pitch from the service advisor
Rick is terrific to work with! He has great communication, solid recommendations and always ensures my concerns have been addressed regarding all maintenance of our Toyota.
I was out of there in an hour, much faster than I was expecting when I went in. I was seriously impressed by the speed of service today.
