It shouldn't take 3 hours to change oil when I made an appointment
I arrived for my 8:00 am appt. and was told (to my disatisfaction)that the service department did not have the parts necessary to fix the gas line issue. The service dept. notified me a few hours later that they had located parts to cpmplete the recall. At the end of the day, the recall was completed.
Francisco was very helpful and expedited the servicing of my car. He was knowledgeable and kind. I also wanted to mentioned Zack who worked in the valet area. He was kind enough to help remove my temp license plate and attach the new one with the holder. The team at this location was phenomenal. I will be back!!
Damien kept me informed on my vehicle progress and he. Explained what was done and told me about services that I’ll need in the future.

Rick was very helpful and courteous. Provided me with all the information related to the bed step that was installed on my new truck. He also helped me in getting a ride home and back to Toyota, as I live by myself. I just got this truck a week ago being the 4th Toyota I owned.
