Joe answered all my questions fully to my satisfaction, explained what additional maintenance should be done in the near future and at the next major milestone and kept me abreast of the progress of the work being done that day throughout the waiting period. All of the personnel at Wesley Chapel Toyota are always polite and friendly. Getting an appointment on the date and at a time that works for me is never a problem. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Also the video and accompanying narrative by the technician who performed the work is a great idea. All in all a very good experience.
