I was told the wait would be like an hour and it was over an hour. Please do not make statements you cannot deliver
I have no reason to expect any less quality service as I have in the past with my previous Service Technician. Confident Alex will carry on the high standard of knowledge and attention to my needs.
It took over 4.5 hours from the time of my 10 am appt. to just get the oil changed. Insane!!!!

Mason was very friendly and helpful. They did an inspection on the two malfunctions that I explained to him about. He said they couldn't find anything wrong. However before I even got home both malfunctions came on again. I live in Valrico which is about 45 minutes away. I could not turn around and come back.

Richard Davis was very professional at what he does he took his time to tell me everything that was done to my car never ever had a representative to take there time out to go over things about my car and I have been dealing with Toyota for a long time I have purchased (3) vehicle from Toyota and never ever had a representative like Richard Davis like this every time I brought my car in for maintenance all the other representative never showed me what they did for me but Richard Davis did and he didn't push me into trading my car in to me this was honestly a professional job well done keep up the good work Richard Davis and may God continue to bless you in all avenue of your life
Service was done quickly and taken care of.
Again had to wait over a hour for you to find we have lifetime oil changes. Not to mention an oil appt that took 3 hours.
