Richard was great in showing me everything that was checked as well as making sure I could see the wall around video.
I had no problem with Mason. My issue was with the maintenance performed.

My breaks have some recall ona specific part and I ordered the breaks over 2 years ago and they are still NOT in. I’m about to go my entire lease with these horrendous breaks. This truck has had so many recalls and issues it should be swapped out for another tundra to finish my lease out with
Horrible customer service especially considering we’ve bought 4 vehicles from Toyota and have referred 2 friends which have bought vehicles from Toyota. Can’t promise I will be sticking with Toyota once my lease is up. It’s a joke that the part for my break is taking this long, especially considering my lease is up in December so I was one of the first ppl to get a 2023 tundra and should’ve been at the top of the list for these break parts

Could not get in touch with our advisor. It took a day and a half for him to return calls. Asked for someone else to help, but no one else was available.

I arrived on time for my 12:30 appointment. I was told my service advisor would be with me in about 5 minutes. After sitting there for 20 minutes I finally got out of the car and asked a valet how much longer I was going to have to wait. 5 minutes later another advisor came out. Finally I was checked in and the service took a little over an hour which was what I expected. Richard called me on the phone told me about my car and then asked me to come to his desk. I went directly to his desk from the waiting area. So it maybe took me 30 seconds. I went to his desk and he was in the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me. Another young man asked me if I was waiting for Richard and I said yes. He could tell I was not happy and he got my paper work for me to sign so I could get my car. My time is valuable and I made an appointment for a reason. Leaving me to sit in my car and wait on Mr Richard is completely unacceptable!
