Supposed to receive a phone call from the advisor never received a phone call oil change supposed to be $26.95 ended up being $56.95 my son was told to price difference was because of 2 quarts of oil. BS

Honestly, if you could please make sure Ceaser is no longer the service guy for my appointments there. I typically have poor experience with him. I don’t usually leave comments, but I frustrated with his unprofessional behavior. I don’t want to go through this again. I’ve had other service members who have made my experience just fine. I’m grateful for your senior manager from yesterday (2/24).
Richard is knowledgeable service advisor with great service skills. Service was done very quickly.
Gracen was awesome but due to circumstances that involved David in the financial dept responsible for my non/warranty coverage for the visit today - I'm not a happy customer. He/Toyota could have done much more to remedy the situation for a satisfied customer.
Only issue was took too long for simple oil change and tire rotation. Had an appointment

Took almost 2 hours for just an oil change and tire rotation.. complete waste of time and I dread coming here for that. Only reason why I had to come is to fix something and they couldn’t even do it and had to order the part with no ETA. Absolutely pathetic. Fix your atrocious wait times.. I can go to a 10 min oil change and tire rotation and be done than having to deal with this embarrassment.
