HORRIBLE SERVICE ADVISER I made the appointment and I asked for oil change,a seatbelt malfunction and to replace a tire that was blown up. I dropped off the car at night since I live 45 min away and was never called instead they called my husband which he didn’t know what all the car needed.I been a loyal Toyota customer since 2018. I called 3 times to talk to my service advisor and I asked all 3 times to give me call to discuss the situation,I never got a callback they sent a video to my husbands cell phone and a bill of 1900,00 for repairs 5 pm they said car was ready to be picked up up and again I never got a call husband got a text. I arrive to pick up car and my service advisor was busy not once I spoke to him somebody else asked to help me since I was standing by his desk. He pulled my car up and I was giving a paperwork. I read the paperwork the oil change was not done I went back in and at this time he didn’t have anyone with him I asked why he never called me back to talk about my car he said he didn’t know and I asked why the oil change was not done and he said he didn’t know. Just wow!! What happened to walked you to your vehicle and see everything that was done before you leave???? I’ll never be back Wesley chapel Toyota you Need to hire better customer service staff and people that care not incompetent people. GOOD LUCK TO everyone Just

I was told my air filters needed replaced and was shown a price. After everything was done, I was given a new price more than triple what was shown.

Terrell was awesome! He kept me updated and informed during my entire process. It would be better if there was a way to streamline the service so it was shorter. But overall an excellent experience
