Ridiculous charges and your company is dishonest, untrustworthy, and a reason why I despise car dealers.

Terrell will definitely not be recommended by me to anyone coming to have their vehicle serviced there. He doesn’t listen to you. My Tundra didn’t have the tires rotated like I asked him to do and he told me ok but didn’t put it down to be done. The video he texted me didn’t come through and he didn’t care to send it again so none of the recommendations for my Truck were done. When the Tundra was done he texted and called repeatedly to annoy me I guess because he wasn’t making any extra money off me but that was his fault. Also whoever drove my Tundra messed my setting for my driver seat all up. They put the seat all the way back and seat too low. The valley drivers do not need to screw with our seats. That was very rude to do that to someone vehicle without permission

What you can do:
Use empathy
Have the tech check the problem, before you start talking about cost, check the notes, check the loyalty of the customer.
Review the problem and offer solutions.
acknowledge it is frustrating when the car is new, and should not have a balancing problem, 2 of them all within 9,000 milles.
Offer a solution: I got the rim and tires insurance; see if a claim is possible. Show you care, instead of dismissing as” the claim will be denied.
None of this happened, and the manager could not care less. My Google review will reflect this.
That is called poor service. It’s not the cost of balancing the tires; it’s the attitude, poor service, and the principle of loyalty. I’m not new to you; it’s been close to 10 years, 4 cars, and my primary service location. I have never had such poor service.
Scott was very helpful and was able to break down everything with my truck to me in detail ! He was very patient with me when I had some questions regarding my truck! He was super helpful. Definitely will be returning for Mr. Scott.
My service provider Damian was great no complaints. Now the actual service. Making appointment and only getting an oil change 2 hour wait time is freaking ridiculous. Toyota of Wesley chapel has to do better. Changing oil only literally takes 25 minutes max. 2 hours is a BS wait time due to over scheduling. I also seen a tech/mechanic watch a freaking video on dodge hellcats with one of the service providers he was goofing around for 15 minutes its no wonder why customer wait times is so long. Do better guys
