Everyone was very nice. The package I bought didnt cover as much as I thought it would. To be honest the wheels rotation should have been free with the oil change. I paid 3000 for thus service and expected to not pay a dime today.
The advisor Richard Kindle was terrible. My whole experience was terrible. He was not friendly. He was not polite. He was very unprofessional. My appointment time was for 10:30. He didn’t come out until 10:45. also, there were a lot of other people whose appointment times on top of their car were 11:30 and we’re taking at 10:30 my time which should never happen which is the reason why the whole system was backed up for one for two a couple of the employees say that Richard Kendall is not a good advisor and for employees to say that that’s not good and because he takes a long time with their customers which is not good and which is the reason why the whole system was
backed up. so anyway, about an hour later, I see my car pulled into the lane for being for cars being finished. I find Richard and say is my car done it’s been sitting out there for 15 minutes and he said no your car is not done and I said when my car is right there, he said that’s not your car like I don’t know my own car I said yes it is my car. He proceeded to continue with three other customers before he could continue with me to find out why my car was in the lane to be ready to take home. It turns out that for some reason and not known to anyone for an explanation said that the car had not even been done yet and we’re talking now we’re talking an hour and a half wait another probably 20 minutes for them to take it back. Wait another 30 minutes for them to do my oil change, so I was not happy. It was not a good day. The advisor is not good.
The Toyota on Fletcher is closer to my house. I will be going there from now on the only reason why I went to Wesley Chapel is because that’s where I bought the car and that’s where my contract is for free oil service twice a year for life and tires for life if I get a flat tire, but it’s not worth the hassle because the experience was bad and that advisor is very bad. Just extremely bad And so from now on, I will be going to the Toyota on Fletcher

I will never trust this dealer again. Bunch of preying sharks…..
Terrell was great but the mechanics who worked on the vehicle left dirt marks on the driver’s seat. Terrell got a damp cloth and cleaned the seat. As I started to leave I noticed the “maintenance required” message was not reset after my oil change. Terrell this time drove the vehicle back into a bay where a mechanic reset the message. This lack of attention to details makes me wonder what else is missed.

I don’t think it was my service manager‘s fault but when I made my appointment, I had to make it earlier because I had other issues than a normal oil, tire rotation. My sunroof did not get looked at and now I will have to bring in another day, which is inconvenient for me. Service manager was very friendly and courteous.
Rick went above and beyond with my car repair.
Vehicle was provided back to me with an issue that was obvious and required me to come back the next day.

I have always have had good service when I go in. But today was a little different. I don't have a issue with Mr. Gonzalez. I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. I have a life time oil change for my Rav-4. When I got a text telling me what is urgent to be done on the vehicle instead of a person coming to talk to me. Was a little bit overwhelming when I seen the $40 tire rotation had turned to almost $1,700.and each item said what needed to be done and right underneath was the word "correction" why even put that on there when it is the exact same thing written above,(just crazy). A couple of repairs that was said I needed. Had already been paid for last year with a life time guarantee. I feel Mr. Gonzalez or someone should have checked before the items were submitted via text. To make sure it wasn't already covered. I realize that filters and fluids are necessary and I don't mine paying for any of them. Mr. Gonzalez did go check like I asked him to. My bill went from $1700 to $693. Thanks
