Amanda is such a sweetheart! She was very helpful with our car repair and then was able to get us a loaner car to meet our special physical needs. She is very knowledgeable and an asset to WCToyota!
She has always made me utilizing my warranties (that I bought from the dealership there) effortless. Because I never lift a finger haha. She has always given me great customer service and always contacted me promptly after every service was complete and always made the extra effort to keep me informed while I was waiting. Shes a model employee for your business.
I have been to Toyota twice now for the same problem and you still don’t have the recall part. The service department is unprofessional lack knowledge. I’m not happy with my service.

Quality of work is very poor. On one occasion my vehicle was returned with the issue being worst than when I took it in. Turned out that the vehicle was incorrectly flashed. That issue took me 4 trips to fix given that the vehicle had to be kept for at least a day each time. After picking up the vehicle, a day or two another issue occurred. Turned out that the fuel sensor went bad , vehicle was kept a day, and on this day 03/26, the sensor was replaced and I picked up the vehicle. The fuel gauge was on E and so I went to fill the tank. The fuel gauge remained on E and the Low fuel light and message stayed on. That is the case right now. I’m not pleased. There needs to be some quality assurance put in place. It is very difficult to get Gracen text or phone even when voicemails are left. Just getting to any service person on the phone is not easy. I had to call Sales to get to Lisa one of the mgrs of the service guys. Painful and time consuming. This experience has cost me time, $$, and relaxation.
