Were advised service would take about 2 hours, was more than 3 hours. Asked for Uber so we could get some food and we're told it would only be one way but we have to pay for the way back. It used to always be both ways covered by toyota since your shuttle isn't available on Saturdays. Cesar did not explain any recommendations to us as they usually do. I'm getting those services done elseware. Cesar told us our car was ready just to tell us it actually wasn't. Poor communication. Service quality has gone done. Used to get personal call from service managers with updates on my car. I'm glad my recall got fixed but I don't plan on coming here for anything routine going forward.

The$369 charge for a front end alignment was a complete shock! I asked for an oil change and to check if car was travel worthy. Total bill was over $500 which is pretty steep when expecting maybe $100. Also came back the next day for warranty work on hatch back. Invoice was hard to figure out.

The only thing I had a problem with was the price on the cabin filter. I opted to go to the parts store and replace it myself. If I was to offer any advise about mine and others experience at the dealership it would be to keep things as affordable for the common man as possible. It makes the difference to whether we have you do the work, do it ourselves or go to any other mechanic to take care of our vehicles. Thank you, hope this helps.

I appreciate the personable, professional courtesy Don gave me. The attention to detail was (as always) amazing. The whole service took less than an hour, and communication about the service was excellent. People like Donald Sherwood make getting car maintenance convenient, smooth, and easy.
