From the time I arrived until the time I left, it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That is a bit too long, in my opinion.

The process was smooth, including the rental car for the warranty work. Took about 2 hours longer than expected, but in the end I got my truck back in just enough time to finish my day. Thank you to everyone who helped.
