The only reason I drive an hour to get my services done is because of Rick Davis. He makes it a great experience and he’s very enjoyable. With only being there a few times he has made me feel like family. He really treats me like family and makes me feel welcomed. I will be going to any Toyota dealership that he is that.

I would like somebody to give me a call like a service supervisor or manager to explain fully how the extended warranty works. If the warranty for 25,000 miles need to be done on a regular basis and why does my car which has 27,000 miles only needed a tire rotation. Furthermore, they even found a nail on a newly replaced tire. I might be demanding or something but I just want an explanation. Thank you.
