a shop that took that long . Everyone was courteous but time factors is why people go reluctantly to fast lube chains.

I do not find it satisfactory that it takes me over an hour and a half to get my 25,000 mile maintenance visit that is included the purchase of my vehicle. I’ve had appointments in the past and been out of there in 20 to 25 minutes. I had an appointment yesterday, and was told it was a two hour back up. I find that unacceptable for an appointment time.
She Was very Helpful to me .I was very satisfied. They got my car completed in a couple of hours . Thank you .
The customer service is good but it took a long time to wait for the vehicle my appointment was at 12:45 and I was waiting for the vehicle until 4 pm
Although the service process was easy and quickly d9ne, the costs for oil change, rotation and balancing is astronomical and severely over priced. I probably will have it done elsewhere going forward. So sad you're overcharging your regular customers.
