Daman Griswold was great he make sure he kept updating me on my service of my car even tho they were delayed 2 hrs + but he kept ensuring that I didn’t forget about me and kept telling me when my car was being brought in for service those little things matters instead of just sitting in the waiting area and not hear from anyone he went on to reassure me that they didn’t forget m… he was excellent

Damien was great, easy to work with and did not pressure me to service I didn’t want. My constant struggle and complaint with your location is time for service to be completed. I was told 1.5-2 hours which into 3.5 hours for an oil change and alignment. 100% unacceptable. You guys need to get your services done faster. My wife completely stopped taking her vehicle to your location because you take too long. Honestly, if I didn’t have lifetime purchases through your location I would go elsewhere as well.

My daughter waited for over 2 hours past her appointment time and left without any service being performed. I had to call from work to get an update on the wait time. Her car wasn’t even in the garage after 2 hours. Very disappointed in the experience today

Alex is professional and courteous. Whoever is working in the service department however needs to be watching themselves against committing fraud. A repair that was needing “immediate attention” was completely false when I took my vehicle to my trusted mechanic. I will not be scheduling anything ever with the Toyota dealership unless absolutely necessary.
