Damian did an excellent job, from his greeting me at the vehicle to showing me where to find things there, this was my first trip to the dealership. He told me at the beginning that his goal was to have me done in about an hour to which he and his team were successful.

Daniel did fine. My problem with your service is always the same. It takes forever to get anything done. I used to come there for oil changes but they take a minimum of 2 hours. That is with an appointment I made weeks earlier. Yesterday I had a problem, called and made an appointment, and after I arrived it was 3 hours to diagnose the issue. It was 2 hours more to get a repair that we all know should take 15 minutes. I did not have the time so I had to leave without the work being done.
Mason is an outstanding manager! He understands as a first time Camry owner you need patience with your customers! I’ve had a lot of questions in the last 6 months of ownership! Thx again for Mason professionalism!!! BRAVO!!!!

Do not call me. I came in to find out why my door was rattling. After your technical advisor looked at it, I was told I would have to take it to a collision center so they could reglue some kind of arm that holds everything together. I was charged $120.76 for this service and left still having to have the door repaired.NO, I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE COST OR FINAL OUTCOME. However, I could see it on Rich's face he was in a great amount of pain and not feeling his best. He was extremely courteous and patient with me, even though I was very upset upon hearing I had to pay so much for you to tell me I had to go somewhere else to have it fixed!
