This is second time I’ve been to this location and the is the 2nd worst technician I’ve had. He didn’t show me to the waiting area, he didn’t check on me the entire 2.5 hours I was there, and he didn’t know if I was still in the building or not! He literally called my phone to see if I was still these! This is unacceptable. Not what I expect as a loyal customer!

I researched extensively and your mechanic, Daniel Mcswiggen was right on! Prices a little too steep, some increasing,$100.00 since last year but, not the mechanics fault. Thank you Mr. Mcswiggen for the thorough honest job!

Everything went well a little pricey with the recommended repairs however everything went smoothly and well organized this morning with check-in a little bit of a weight though, but it was busy for a Saturday

3 hrs for an oil change is ridiculous, I had an appointment and still had to wait 3hrs. This is the 4th time it has taken more than 2.5 hours with an appointment. I will be looking at other options in the near future.
