The service rep gave my wife attitude. When my wife was figuring how to answer the inspection report via the cell phone, she was urged and told “got more customers behind you. I would be complained by the other customers” and such on.
First time working with Joe. He’s very prompt and professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again
Rick is always professional and great when I come in.
My only complaint is that I really think if you have an appointment that you should not be there waiting for 4 1/2 hours. That’s a little ridiculous. Several other customers complaining about the wait as well while we were there.
Rick is an excellent advisor. Always so pleasant to work with, prompt, and delivers with a smile. He always deliver before his promised time, which is an A+ in my book. We will continue to come back because of Rick.
The wait was to long, I completely understand my car needed a lot done but I was waiting there for 6 hours today
It took over 3 hours to change the air filter and complete an oil change
That seems a bit excessive to complete an oil change
