Rick is the only one we trust with the safety and maintenance of our daughter’s Camry. It is so nice to have someone we can trust. If Rick says something like s needed, I have no doubt it really is needed. But Rick goes the extra mile and explains to me why it is needed, and I appreciate that.
I was waiting for hours to get a call from Toyota or Nicole in order to pick up my car. I then called the dealer ship which put me on hold until it left me on voicemail. So I had to find a ride to come to the dealer with the uncertainty that my service was done. Upon arriving I was told my car was done. But I genuinely disliked this service and will not be coming again. Scott was nice enough to quickly assist me.
Alex was really good at his job. He was very thorough. He kept me in touch on the progress of my car. I’d recommend him again and use him for my next tire rotation and oil change.
