The issue I brought the vehicle in for, was not resolved.
Scott provided excellent service and clearly communicated/confirmed the maintenance that was scheduled, as well as suggested maintenance based on mileage. Most importantly, my Tundra was delivered back to me well within the one hour estimate to complete service.

Scott was amazing. One of the most courteous and informative service I have received while receiving service on my vehicle. He was funny as well. It was unfortunate I had an appointment at 730am and did not leave until after 1030am. 3HRs for service that I had an appointment for was pretty terrible.
The change in drop-off/pick-up service and the long wait times are the biggest deterrents that will drive customers away from your service.

Damian being a new advisor for me was very attentive to my needs. Very positive, welcoming demeanor. I had to come back a week later for an ordered part, he recognized my car waiting to get thru the service checkin. When I was able to pull thru.He was waiting there with his Tablet in hand. I understand a master tech had to insert the piece of plastic that broke off, He attempted to expedite the process by asking to be put near the top.
