The service is great but the charging $32.10 for disposable windshield wiper if they told me I got an option the if want to do it yes or no

I schedule early so I don’t waste time. A simple oil change was estimated at 2.5 hours when I scheduled at 7:15 am. Cesar did help it get done in one hour.
I was told I needed new filters that you just replaced 3 months ago. I understand you sell service but I value honest service. Glad the work was done but I won’t likely be back. It’s sad because I paid 10k over list for this sequoia. I expected better.

Didn't feel welcome from the start.
Very disappointed. There were some spots in the door and the seat of dirt stains. It took 2 1/2 hrs of waiting in the dealer.
I appreciate that he got me in and out in under an hour with a friendly attitude

Joseph was honest with what to expect and did not over promise the speed at which my service would be completed. When I forgot to tell him when I needed my car back and gave him a last minute deadline he was quick to wrap things up and have my car back to me in time.

Daniel was very nice and accommodating but I don’t appreciate waiting 3 hours for an oil change. I am very disappointed that you no longer provide a free ride service to local shops.
The service was great but it was the wait that frustrated me. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. A nail was also found in my tire. I had to wait 3 hours to get my car back. More people need to be hired for the service department so there will be a shorter wait time for the customers. Other than this issue, they did a great job on my car.
She was great throughout the process.
