The service requested was completed the same day.This was my first visit at this dealership.The young lady who greeted me to check the car in at service department entrance when I arrived at the service was great at getting info quickly which set a positive tone for the visit.
Joe was professional and explained everything from start to finish. He was in constant contact with updates on the progress. Now my car is running better than when I brought it in.
I am very satisfied and very thankful to Mason for assisting me with my Rav 4 issues. He is very professional and knows his job very well.
Everything was great! Service is slways very good. The only thing I did not like that I had to wait 2 1/2 hours after my appointment.
My service advisor, Mason, was fine. My appt was for 1pm & I dropped the vehicle off at 11:00am for an oil change & alignment. Both items are coveted by an extra warranty. My vehicle finished the oil change at 3:30pm & I finally gave up on waiting for the alignment. What’s the purpose of having an appointment & warranty if you can’t do the work in a semi timely manner. I have been a local customer at this dealership but honestly don’t know if I will ever come back as I live an hour away. Again, this is not Mason’s fault.
This was a much better experience with Amanda as opposed to the last service fiasco at Wesley Chapel( which was not with Amanda), I’ll leave it at that. Amanda is always awesome!

The service is great but the charging $32.10 for disposable windshield wiper if they told me I got an option the if want to do it yes or no

I schedule early so I don’t waste time. A simple oil change was estimated at 2.5 hours when I scheduled at 7:15 am. Cesar did help it get done in one hour.
I was told I needed new filters that you just replaced 3 months ago. I understand you sell service but I value honest service. Glad the work was done but I won’t likely be back. It’s sad because I paid 10k over list for this sequoia. I expected better.

He is a true professional and sincerely cares about making the customer service experience the best it can be

Didn't feel welcome from the start.
Very disappointed. There were some spots in the door and the seat of dirt stains. It took 2 1/2 hrs of waiting in the dealer.
I appreciate that he got me in and out in under an hour with a friendly attitude
