I just replaced the cabin filter about two months ago, in the video they suggested I put in a new one after they put it back in leaves got stuck in my AC fan. Besides that everything was fine..

I appreciate the quality of service you provide when working on my car it’s consistently well done however, I’d like to suggest an improvement that could really enhance the customer experience as someone who relies on a single vehicle. It’s challenging to wait at the shop 3 to 5 hours during the service appointment I’ve often I’ve opened. Joe sent to waitrather than fine. Another way home, but it’s not always easy or convenient.

I had 150k service done last week but no one noticed one of my headlights was out. I think the tech should have noticed. But everything was fixed today.

Took way too long! A few things evidently were needed but unexpected. Rick was nice and helpful. My granddaughter brought on her car for service at the same time and it took. 4 1/2 hours!
