Nicole was ok.. only met her on Thurs for less than 5 minutes. She was professional and attentive. My issue was on when someone — a female I didn’t catch her name but didn’t understand it was Nicole describing what the costs were going to be to further diagnose my car.

Richard is a very nice young man and the young lady he was training was a very nice young lady. I told Richard went I come back for service again I will ask for him. He is the nicest friendly person I have ever met at a car lot. So I will give him and his young lady a big 10 Today they went out of their way to make sure I understood all theywere telling me about my car. You need more people like these two.

The control screen system is not working. I have one radio station. The buttons are not working, so no Home, Maps, Audio, Phones, etc. The 12v starter battery was replaced, so I understand I might have to reprogram somewhat, but it does not work and worked fine previously. Otherwise everything was completed as discussed.

I don't appreciate when an associate tries to deter me from getting the maintenance I scheduled. Simply because a customer does not bring their vehicle in right when an oil change is needed, does not give the technician the right to basically say well you should have brought it in sooner, it can wait. For one, money does not grow on trees and everyone does not have money to spare. Secondly, going 1,000 miles past when the oil change is due is not going to hurt the vehicle.

Very satisfied with the help and expertise from Amanda Velez. She was very good at suggesting the possibilities for me to help get the problems solved witch I submitted to her. She has been e great help and very concerned helping clients with there problems with there car. She even solved a problem witch I have been mentioning to the service manager earlier for several times witch were not solves op to now.
