It took 4 hours to get a new tire installed on a practically new vehicle that we paid for the tire warranty. That’s a 30 minute max installl. Totally unacceptable considering we just purchased two new vehicles. This never would have been the case with prior ownership.

Although Nyia was great, the fact that I had to bring my truck back three times was not a great experience. I think the issue is solved, but still waiting to see if the problem returns. The team was great, just not happy this occurred and took my time away having to go back and forth so many times.
