I had to wait in my car 30 minutes before my representative came to greet me. I had to ask one of the valet to get someone and even after they asked it was an additional 15minutes. If my representative is not available, then a different representative should come and check me in so I can go about my day. Additionally my service took several hours without any additional services being performed besides an oil change and tire rotation.

My appointment was for 7:30, I arrived a little early and was brought right in. Amanda came out told me that service would probably take an hour. A little more than a half hour a text message alerted me that my service had been completed. I was speaking with my great salesman, Ness and he walked me over to Amanda. It was a great start to my day.

I was treated like garbage because I chose to only get the free oil change. Rich didn’t even speak to me when I checked out. And my car was delayed. I stood there so long waiting for my car to be returned I had to ask the valet to get it because they were just standing around talking and playing with their cell phones.
I was pleasantly surprised that my service was done in shorter period of time.
I was totally impressed with how fast Alex got my car in and done! Thank you! It was within half hour or less that it was done. You guys are always helpful and kind.
