I brought my vehicle in for a wheel alignment because it was consistently pulling to the right. After waiting approximately two and a half hours, I received my vehicle back only to discover that the issue had not been corrected. Additionally, I was not provided with a before-and-after alignment report, which is typically given to verify that the alignment service was completed.
As soon as I got home, I called the service center and spoke with Andrew regarding my concerns. I asked whether I should return immediately, but I was informed that the shop was fully booked and unable to see me that day. Andrew stated that he had notified Nicole and that she would contact me. However, I waited the entire day and never received a call back.
I scheduled another alignment appointment for Monday, but given my experience so far, I am uncertain whether the issue will be properly resolved. I later received a call from CJ to confirm my Monday appointment. During that conversation, I explained the situation, and when he reviewed the repair order, he found that it had not been closed. As a result, he was unable to determine what work, if any, had actually been performed on my vehicle.
Overall, the customer service I received was extremely disappointing. I paid more than $300 for a service that appears not to have been completed, and the lack of communication and follow-up has only added to my frustration.
I am having an issue with the backup camera flickering or showing a blank screen. I brought it in to get it fixed and they updated the software but that wasn't it as I'm still having the same problem.
Nyah was great and helpful definitely would have her as my advisor again
Daniel was efficient and informative. Thaw shop had me out in under an hour. Very happy with the service.
thoroughly impressed with Roland and Jared that took care of us and helped us with the the warranty issues. thank you guys!
Richard Kindle was super helpful and kind.
Alexander Ro provided excellent service. He kept me updated on everything and answered all the questions I had, which was very helpful as unexpected issues with my vehicle came up during my service. Alexander was polite and professional from start to finish.
I had to wait 2.5 hours for my car to be serviced with an oil change.
This location has such a great space. It’s comfortable. The chairs are comfortable. The bathroom is tidy and very clean Wi-Fi. I could do my work. They had music playing. It’s such a great location for such an inconvenience in the day. I’m very happy with my experience.
When i arrived to drop off my car, there was a full size white van parked in the entry way to the parking lot. I nearly had a wreck twice just getting to the parking lot. When I mentioned it to couple of employees they laughed and said "it's ok, he is one of us," I didn't appreciate being laughed at. Not the kind of actions that will encourage a person who has previously purchased 3 cars feom yoir dealership.
I was completely satisfied with Rick Davis! He is the main reason that I and me extended family have been continually returning to Wesley Chapel Toyota for over 18 years! We are beginning to get totally turned off by the direction this dealership has been taking over the past several years. They do not seem to value the customer. From increase prices greater than other Toyota dealerships in the area and today was one of the last straws where I was told I had to pay a 2% fee to use a credit card. I feel nickeled and dimed by this dealership. Unexplainable “shop supplies and disposal fees” “CTM Fees” of 460 for a diff service? Not sure how much more of this I can take before I start going to a different dealer after 18 years of giving Wesley Chapel Toyota all my money for service and purchasing of vehicle vehicles. This Toyota dealership needs to go back to his previous mindset of valuing the customer. I know I am not the only one that feels that way as I’ve spoken to many other customers of Wesley Chapel Toyota. The only good thing about this dealership is that Rick Davis still works there and cares about his customer so much!
The service was mostly fine, but prior to leaving my vehicle with the advisor, I asked if they could remove what looked like a splash shield which had come undone and was hanging from the bottom of the car. He promised that they'd check on it during the service. However, somewhere in the process, one or more people completely ignored my request, and they did nothing about that piece. It was still there when I retrieved my car. I would have been satisfied if I'd been told something such as that it wasn't something they could do during that particular service or even that it wasn't included and would cost extra so I could make a decision myself. Instead, they said and did nothing.
Richard Davis is a great service advisor, and I was very happy with the service provided by him. I was not happy about learning of the 2% charge to be incurred now on credit card transactions. That is absurd and greedy. The service dept. is making thousands of dollars and can certainly cover the nominal fees imposed by credit card companies. Additionally, a 2% fee is ridiculous. There is no way it costs Wesley Chapel Toyota $20 for a $1000 credit card transaction. And with the exorbitant cost of having a vehicle serviced by Toyota, it is not practical to expect customers to pay by cash or debit. I have been a customer for 9yrs, but I will now explore other options for the service of my vehicle and for my future new vehicle purchases.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a great experience with my service advisor Joseph Manko. He was fast, reliable, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation, and everything was completed efficiently and professionally. He kept me informed, answered my questions, and made the service visit smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced. Excellent customer service from start to finish!
