Mr. Jared Murphy offered great customer service, however I marked no on the survey because he promised to follow up with me regarding the hood strut prob that’s been missing from my vehicle for some time now, after it was serviced at the Wesley Chapel Toyota location. He did say he would need to order the part as it’s not readily available in stock, so I’m awaiting his call regarding an update on its progress, after which I can provide an updated Google review.

I paid your dealership $86 for an oil change that was supposed to be free under ToyotaCare back on 3/21/25. Amanda said she would correct this on the current service done, but no such adjustment was made. The rest of the services performed were satisfactory and no issues.
