Extremely poor communication. Still havent fixed my brand new Camry after having it for 3+ weeks. Should have followed the Google reviews and stayed away. But it was conveniently closer than another dealership. But I will make the drive in the future, because I wouldn't trust this dealership with my vehicle again.

Service Rep Brandon Napier explained the process of inspections done and kept me updated all along the way. He started by listening to my concerns which means a lot. He also had the experience in dealing with fleet services with the maintenance that was needed so that matters could be addressed at my appointment for service.

It was a very busy Saturday morning and it seems that Amanda had to do her job and the valet job. Maybe having 1 or 2 more people during the busy time would help.
Donald was fast, friendly and efficient! The service was completed in less than an hour! However, I waited outside for 12 minutes for my car to be brought out.

The multi point inspection update message never reached my phone and no one approached me with what services I wanted to opt into. I spent 2 hours for an oil change. I would have appreciated a follow up if the message wasn't answered
Exceeded my expectation coming from a different manufacturer
My radio still had the same issues as when I left after being told everything checked out. Also I never got a call my car was ready nor were my phone calls returned on asking about it being ready. I had to go in person to find out my car had been ready.
